Production Process of Electro galvanized iron wire:

Finally, it is immersed in an electrolyte containing zinc salts for a period of time. A zinc layer is formed on its surface by a displacement reaction. Compared to hot dipped galvanized iron wire, electro galvanized iron wire has a thinner coating, but still offers good corrosion resistance.
